ACG – Library Café
The Library café is located on the main level of John S. Bailey Library.
The brief was to create a separate space in the library,that will allow students to take a break without disturbing others or sipping a drink while continuing their study.
The new café area is enclosed by thin aluminum frames with big glass surfaces. The café remains visually integrated with the rest of the library while leaving the view and the natural light unobstructed.
The materials and colors were carefully chosen to create a friendly and relaxed environment.
